How To Book A Party

When you reach out, please include:

Your preferred date (At least 30 days in advance)

Number of guests (Minimum of 8) Couples painting (2 couples Minimum)

Location of your event

After your date is confirmed, you will receive an e-form to complete your booking details and agreement.

All painting supplies needed to complete the project (canvas, paint, brushes, paper towels, rinse containers, paint palettes, and aprons)

Access to a nearby water source and sink for rinsing brushes, etc.

Cost and Payment:

$45 per person

Minimum of 8 guests or $320 minimum booking

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

Couples Painting:

$110 per couple (minimum 2 couples)

Rescheduling:
​If you need to reschedule your party, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Your deposit will then be applied to the new date.
Painting Selection:
You can:
Choose from a wide variety of fun, beginner-friendly designs.
Or:
I can help you select a painting that fits your group, skill level and theme.
Sample designs are examples. I will guide your group through a similar design suited to your event.
What to expect:

I will arrive 30-45 minutes before your event to set up all supplies and get everything ready.

Once your guests are settled, I will introduce myself and guide everyone step-by-step through the painting.

The painting portion typically takes about 2 hours, with plenty of individual help along the way so everyone can relax and enjoy the process.

After the painting is complete we will have everyone pose for a group picture

I will handle the cleanup, which typically takes about 20-30 minutes
-
Total event time is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, including setup, instruction and cleanup.
